The mattress base is designed to evenly distribute body weight and allow full relaxation. To create distinct firmness zones, two types of filling with different levels of softness are used. The areas of the mattress under the shoulders, hips, and calves – which bear the most pressure – are made softer, while the zones beneath the head, lower back, thighs, and feet are firmer. This targeted distribution helps maintain correct spinal alignment and allows the muscles to fully relax.

The natural coconut layer in the mattress provides exceptional breathability. It does not retain moisture, ensuring a comfortable sleeping experience – even on warmer nights. Coconut fibre also adds firmness, offering more robust support for the spine. For this reason, such mattresses are often recommended for babies and people who suffer from back pain. In addition, the coconut layer has antibacterial properties and is resistant to dust mites, making it a hygienic and health-conscious choice.

Each spring inside the furniture is individually encased in its own fabric pocket. This design allows every spring to move independently, preventing motion transfer to the person sleeping beside you. The fabric pockets also help reduce noise, preventing the springs from creaking. Pocket springs provide targeted support by responding precisely to the areas of the body under the most pressure, helping to maintain proper spinal alignment during sleep. This type of spring system also promotes excellent airflow, giving the furniture cooling properties and contributing to a fresher sleeping experience.

During production, mattresses are rolled and vacuum-packed. This makes them easier to transport and helps save space. What should you know when purchasing a vacuum-packed mattress?
• Carefully unpack and unroll the mattress.
• The mattress will regain its natural shape within 72 hours. It is not recommended to use it until it has fully expanded.
New mattresses may have a slight odour, which will gradually fade. We advise keeping the mattress in a well-ventilated room for the first few days after unboxing.
