MDF stands for medium-density fibreboard. It is similar to chipboard, but differs in how it is produced. MDF is made by bonding and pressing wood fibres together to form a solid, uniform panel. As a result, it offers excellent resistance to cracking and bending.

The furniture edges are finished with an edging strip – a durable plastic material commonly used to protect panel edges from damage.

This is heat-treated glass with a mechanical strength that is 5–6 times greater than standard, untreated glass. As a result, it is significantly more resistant to physical impact, high temperatures, and thermal fluctuations. When broken, the glass shatters into many small fragments that are far less sharp than those of regular glass, making it a safer option.
